1v1 vs Computer
Prefer to practise? Easy has a slow paddle and loose aim, Normal reads the play and defends properly, and Hard predicts the puck early and rarely misses. The computer plays by exactly the same rules you do — same half of the table, same physics.
4-Player Round Table
A round rink with four goals and four paddles. Everyone starts with 3 lives; concede three and you're knocked out and your goal is sealed into solid wall. Four players become three, then two, then a winner. Play it online or against bots.

How to play air hockey online
Your paddle follows your mouse or finger and stays on your own side of the table. Move into the puck to strike it — the faster your paddle is moving on contact, the harder the shot. Hitting the puck off-centre sends it away at an angle, which is how you bank shots off the side walls and around your opponent's paddle.
Defending matters as much as attacking. Sitting slightly in front of your own goal covers the most angles, and letting the puck come to you gives a much cleaner strike than lunging at it.

How do I play air hockey online with a friend?
Both of you open the site and press Play Online at the same time. Matchmaking pairs waiting players together, so if you queue at the same moment you will normally be matched with each other. For the 4-player table, up to four people can queue together and any empty seats are filled by bots.
How do you win a match?
In 1v1, the first player to score 4 goals wins. On the 4-player round table, everyone starts with 3 lives and loses one per goal conceded; at zero lives you are eliminated and your goal is sealed, and the last player standing wins.
How do I control my paddle?
Move your mouse on a computer, or drag your finger on a phone or tablet. Your paddle follows your pointer and stays on your own side of the table. Move quickly into the puck to hit harder, and strike it off-centre to angle your shot.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. The game runs in any modern mobile browser on iPhone, Android and tablets. Touch controls are enabled automatically and the table resizes to fit your screen.
